More than just quantiles, show a granular percentile distribution so that I can view performance for the top 33% or 66% per metric.

We've now added "Superstar" quantiles, which includes the top 4, 3 and 2% 🎉

please note that data is currently available from 2020, but we will backfill more historical data over the coming weeks
