Hi, is there a support person who can help with this?
Nicky Toma
Kristin Roberts: Hi Kristin. Sorry for the late response! Looking at the graph is the best choice. Do send us a screenshot at support@gameanalytics.com with the data that doesn't look right, and I will share it with our other teams. Game ID or name also if possible.

Nicky Toma this is happening across a few experiences so far. Can you please explain why there is a discrepancy? The charts also don't show the full number so this makes it difficult come reporting time. I will send an email to the email address provided. Thanks

Kristin Roberts: Hi.. apologies for this. It might be an edge-case issue related to time-zone in our system. We use UTC time, and there might be an issue with shifted days for the table.
Could you specify what time of day you are seeing this (including time-zone etc.) ? And if this is Explore tool in the legacy tool or the updated one?
Thank you!
Kristin Roberts
Nikolaj Ahlberg-Pedersen I am in Central Standard Time so could that be the issue? How would I know if it's legacy or updated? I am new to this platform. Thanks.

Kristin Roberts Hi.. thank you.
You can access the legacy tool via the menu at the top (see image). If you did not .. then it should be the current Explore Tool you seeing.
If you could post an image/screenshot of what you are seeing it would help a lot (a along with you local time when seeing it). And as Nicky Robert Toma mentioned then I recommend sending it to support email or through form here ( https://gameanalytics.com/contact/ )
This will create a ticket and is a much better experience for communicating to solve issues I feel.
Thanks for reporting..

Kristin Roberts I reported this internally to our FE team to look into it when possible. If it's related to time then it can be a little har to test.. let us know if you see this all day (also after page reload) and browser used etc.
Note the we process data based on UTC time so a day reported (data processed) is within such "bucket".
At UTC 00:00 time a day ends and another begins. Our tool should then shift to show this "closed" day as the latest day reported.
AFAIK UTC 00:00 is around 19.00 CST? I am wondering if you by any chance are exploring the tool / UI at this time? Let us know via above support options.. Thanks!

Kristin Roberts: Hello! We have released a fix for the table dates. It now matches the dates from the explore tool graph. Do let us know if everything looks good on your end!
