Increase the string length for Remote Config key strings to 30 or even 50 characters.

For instance key like "can_player_level_upgrade" is much more readable and easy to understand when looking at the code.

Hi Saxahan!

We will discuss potentially increasing the length of the key string. This increases cost of running our systems as the strings need to be sent quite often to millions of devices.
