Why am I missing custom data over ~90 days?

I am missing data in my custom analytics dashboard for data that are older than ~90 days, despite me selecting the range picker to be almost over a year ago.
I can verify that data is indeed being collected prior to 11/24/2023. A conversation I had previously with a colleague can confirm that I've seen an older data point at 11/8/2023 when checked on 2/10/2024 (if calculated, is also 94 days apart)-- but those data are gone now today.
This seems to only affect my custom dashboards. Default dashboards (e.g. Engagement, Overviews, etc) is able to show the full data for as far as 3/6/2023 (which is when the game launched), so I believe that is not an issue.
How am I supposed to access older data for my custom dashboard? Is this a Pro feature, or what am I missing? These custom data are vital for my BI reporting and it makes no sense for it to be held hostage without any further information on how to get them.

The same thing happened to me. I reached out to support, and got a semi answer.
Maybe I am confused, but I think it's related to the new graphing system. Some graph layouts don't work in the new system. And all of those types of graphs are now failing to load for me,
even in the old system
. I think it's related to the transition or something. The answer I got was to rebuild my graphs differently.

Hi Nicky Toma. Yes, 200% that we were recording data older than the 11/24. I've checked again and now that 11/24 data point is also missing and earliest data point shifted to a day after to be 11/25. I can foresee that tomorrow the earliest data point will show 11/26.
Fyi the game in this specific report is game/241573/dashboards/452, but I can also see that it is affecting all of our other games.

Wan Saifulamri: Hey Wan. You are right. I have asked backend, and Progression and Design events have a 93 day retention schedule for the web-tool.
Apologies for the confusion and inconvenience, we will make sure to update our documentation with data retention for events.
Downloading the data every couple of months would be a way to be able to see older data.

Nicky Toma thanks for the confirmation.
It's quite perplexing that there's a 93-day retention for custom events. Any chance of extending this or providing alternatives for longer-term data storage?
We aim to rely on GameAnalytics as our main source for game analytics, and the need to periodically download and store data externally seems counterintuitive and disrupts our entire workflow for data reporting.
Any insights or plans for improvement in this regard would be valuable.

Hi Wan! I have checked our database, and there are no design events for that game prior to 25th of November. Are you certain that you were looking at design events for this particular game prior to 25th of November? There was nothing collected on our part.
